The Serpent God

An old statue of the serpent god lies damaged and not worshipped in the background. Where as a new one which has taken the old one’s place.

Serpent deities and worshiping them is quite common in Hindu mythology. The Snake primarily represents rebirth, death and mortality, due to its casting of its skin and being symbolically “reborn”#
